Privacy Policy — Build business profit

Build business profit is operated by Nonye Roseline (“I”, “me”, “we”, “my”). This policy explains what information I collect when you use this website, subscribe to the newsletter, or purchase a product — and how I use it. I keep this short and plain.

What I collect

When you subscribe. I collect your first name and email address. I use these to send you a recap when there's something new from Build business profit — a podcast episode, newsletter story, or lesson. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

When you purchase or claim a product. I collect your name and email to create your account and send you access. Paid purchases are processed by Paystack. I don't store your card details.

When you book a session. I collect your name, email, and booking details through Cal.com to schedule your Profit Audit. I use this to send you reminders and, for the paid audit, to prepare your written plan.

When you fill in a form. If you complete the pre-session form for The Profit Audit, your responses are stored to help me prepare for your session. I don't share them.

Usage data. This site may collect basic analytics (page views, referrers) to understand what content is useful. I don't sell this data.

How I use your information

— To send you emails you've opted into (recaps, access emails, session reminders).
— To give you access to products you've purchased or claimed.
— To prepare for and follow up on your Profit Audit session.
— To send you progress nudges if you have an active product (you can opt out).
— To improve the content and products based on how people use them.

I don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services

I use third party services to run Build business profit. Each has its own privacy policy. I use each service only for its specific purpose.

Your rights

You can:

— Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
— Ask me to delete your data. Email me at nonye@nonyeroseline.com and I'll take care of it.
— Ask me what data I hold about you. Same email above.

Data retention

I keep your data for as long as you have an active account or subscription. If you unsubscribe and have no active products, I may keep your email for a short period to suppress re-subscription emails, then delete it. Purchase records are kept for legal and accounting reasons.

Changes

If I make a meaningful change to this policy, I'll update the date at the top. I won't change how I use data already collected without telling you first.
