The Profit Audit is a 90 minute session. You bring your business numbers as they are. Rough records are fine.
We work through the same six steps as the free Profit Plan, this time using your real numbers. Before the session, you fill in a short form so I already understand your business. After the session, I write your plan and send it to you within one week.
